Sooo frustrated, AGH!

Ok, sorry for the rant I am going to go on here, I just needed to get this out! I own a Husqvarna Viking sewing machine. Love it (use to sell them!). So for some reason the thread started catching on the bobbin case this last week, and I have a million projects I've been dying to work on! So to get to the point, Wimmers here in logan won't even look at it, because it's a viking, and they're specially made. It's just a bobbin case issue. I can see where it is catching I just don't know how to fix it. I can't get a hold of Bernina, but I am going to keep trying. My only other option would be to drive down to Layton to an authorized viking dealer, who then has to drive the machine to Orem to the only authorized viking mechanic in UTAH, to get what is probably a $5 fix taken care of! Ugh, I am just so annoyed by this. I just want my sewing machine back!!
Anyone know some sewing machine repair tricks?

well I got a hold of Bernina and they said they will fix it, so yay I don't have to drive out of town to get this done! Whoopee!

They're so nice. Not nice part is that Bernina can't get parts from Viking to fix my machine and it needed a new part, so I do have to drive down to Orem now. We were going that way this weekend anyways, but I sure miss my viking!
