Anyone heard of this? I think I may have it. Basically causes tons of pain in the pelvis, and simple movement (like trying to get in a car) hurts like none other! I literally have to use a hand to lift my legs into the car lately. And forget about rolling over in bed and trying to get out of bed!
So if you've dealt with this, and have any remedies, I'd surely appreciate it! I don't see my dr for another week.

A doula friend of mine just had this (she gave birth in October). I had never heard of it before, but just from being around her, I could tell it was super painful. She said there wasn't much that could be done, except just trying to keep your legs together. Ouch. I will ask around, though.

THanks! And Amy I'm so sorry I didn't get back to you about the classes! I meant to email you, but the price was a bit more than we could afford right now. Is it possible I could just listen to a couple of the cds sometime, and maybe just buy those?

No problem, Adelina. It is a bit pricey, but you get tons of materials that you can use over and over. I can't sell the CDs alone, since it's such an intensive course. You can go to the hypnobabies website and ask them about getting a pre-owned home study course (like $75 I think) that you can then sell back to them when you're done, if you want. I will give you a free Intro cd next time I see you, though Smile
