Free exercise group

I just wanted to invite you all to an exercise group I go to. It's pretty low key exercise (mostly stretching), and kids are welcome. Right now it's a lot of older ladies and myself. We meet at the LDS church on the corner of 1500 E and 900 N at 8am Monday Wednesday and Friday. Just across the street from Hillcrest Elementary.

Is there someone to watch the kids or are they in the same room? I wouldn't want to impose Charlie's energy on people!

They're in the same room, but it's a big room, and the ladies love it!
